Let’s figure it out together
Hi there!
My name is Rachel, I help creative youtubers find the balance between business owner and artist by managing the behind-the-scenes so they can get their time and creative energy back to grow their business.
Which of these sound like you?
“I’m overwhelmed! There’s not enough time in the day.”
“I just want to create art and have someone else run the business part.”
“I can’t decide what to work on first. I’m stuck in analysis paralysis :(“

My Work
Video Game Producer
As lead producer for this project I worked closely with the creative director to bring his vision for this game into reality by:
Designing a custom Notion ecosystem to keep track of team tasks so things don’t fall through the cracks and we have a better idea of how long development will take.
Juggling the management of nine teams consisting of over 60 remote game developers and artists to create a strong prototype of the game.
Understanding the creative side of game dev as well as the project management side so creatives on the team are able to work unhindered and with all the support they need.
The Project: The Bureau of Fantastical & Arcane Affairs is a comedic first-person exploration driven narrative adventure. Your choices matter in the story you tell.
“Rachel has a genuine talent for communication, problem-solving, and connecting with people from all walks of life. On numerous occasions, I watched her navigate internal conflicts with efficiency and grace, and she was instrumental in keeping the team focused and on track. Her consistency and kindness are qualities anyone on our team would readily attest to. I recommend her without reservation.”
— Sam, Creative Director for the Bureau of Fantastical and Arcane Affairs
Video Game Producer
My job in the production of this game was to help the creative director manage her team and tasks to meet the deadline without burning out her team and empowering them to do their best work by:
Closely monitoring the task board and keeping things moving by predicting bottlenecks and resolving blockers.
Stepping-in to lead the 2D team when the former lead needed to step away. And joining in on QA tasks when that team was short on members.
Being a sounding board for the creative director to help her determine next steps when a pivot was needed.
The Project: The Ouroboros Express is a visual novel where your choices impact the story. Play as daring journalist tasked with investigating the Ouroboros Express, a luxury liner with a devastating secret.
“Rachel is an excellent person to have on your side as a project manager - she's highly organised, observant and an excellent communicator.
I found her immediately easy to work with from the beginning as we were able to have effective and straightforward conversations. Despite being new to game production at the time, she was able to pick things up very quickly and help set the team up for success. Additionally, when needed, she would also step in to fill gaps - for example, we needed management of our art team so she stepped in to fulfil lead duties.
I would recommend Rachel for any producing or project management role as she is very proactive and someone I would entrust any project to.”
— Najmah, Creative Director of the Ouroboros Express
Time Coach
I worked with Michelle in a time of crisis. It was finals week, and she needed to prepare for those exams as well as several internship interviews. She was stressed, and stuck in decision paralysis! I helped her work through that by:
Designing a study plan with dedicated deep work study blocks (which fit her study style,) and scheduled-in meal prep, gym, and unwind time.
Following up after she reviews the plan to make sure we don’t need any tweaks for the best chance of success without overloading her.
Talking her through the process so she is empowered to create her own study plans with confidence.
The Project: Michelle had a unique schedule (as many college students do,) and it was important for her to dedicate her finals week to her studies, but she also had to prepare for multiple interviews, and need to have time to cook for herself, give attention to her puppy, and make time for the gym.
Michelle passed her exams & felt confident in her interviews. Work well spent!
“Before working with Rachel, I was overwhelmed by finals season and struggling to balance studying with all my other commitments. I needed help with time management, but I didn’t know where to start or how to structure my schedule in a way that actually felt doable. Working with her was transformative. She took the time to understand my workload, my schedule, and the way I study best.
Instead of giving generic advice, she helped me build a personalized study plan that broke everything down into clear, manageable steps by the hour. Her approach was supportive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. I felt particularly encouraged and guided rather than judged for needing assistance. The results were immediate. With the study plan she created, I felt organized, confident, and in control for the first time in the semester.
I was able to prepare for my finals without burning out, and I saw a huge improvement in both my productivity and my peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Rachel to anyone who needs help with time management or planning. She brings clarity, structure, patience, and compassion to her approach, and I’m so grateful for her support!”
